Water Feature FAQ

We offer a variety, including ponds, pondless waterfalls, fountains, and bubbler rocks. All can be adapted to our climate with proper installation.

It varies. Ponds require more upkeep (cleaning, filtration), while pondless waterfalls, fountains, and bubbler rocks are generally low-maintenance.

Ponds

A well-maintained pond with circulating water and fish can help control mosquito populations.

Hardy fish like koi or goldfish can survive winters with proper pond preparation. 

Pondless Waterfalls

Yes, they’re generally safer than ponds as there’s no standing water.

Water loss is minimal due to evaporation. Top up the reservoir as needed. Or we can install a automatic fill valve to keep maintenance down

Fountains & Bubbler Rocks

Yes, if properly winterized. Draining the system in the fall to protect the pump is required

Regular cleaning prevents algae buildup. Frequency depends on the environment and water quality.
