Initial consultation 

Ready to transform your outdoor living space? Start with a free consultation with The Landscaping Company. Our experienced designers will visit your property to discuss your vision, assess the site, and answer your questions. We’ll explore your lifestyle, budget, and desired outcomes. 

Following the consultation, we’ll provide you with a personalized quote and a detailed project timeline. We’re committed to open communication and ensuring your complete satisfaction throughout the entire process. Let’s create the outdoor space you’ve always dreamed of! 

Preparing 

Once we have your landscape designed, we will need to go over final material and colours. We will order materials and arrange permits, one calls and staging areas. 

Build 

To ensure your project starts off smoothly, Jake or Ryan will conduct a thorough walk-through at your home before our crews arrive to review all the details. This will be followed by a review with Jake, or Ryan, and the foreman. 

Once materials arrive, our crews will begin work to bring your vision to life. To maintain a smooth workflow, communication is key any necessary changes can be brought to the foreman, Jake, or Ryan. At the end of the project, we’ll conduct a final walk-through with Jake or Ryan to ensure you’re delighted with the beautiful creation. 

Things you will need to prepare for us:

1. We will need to get an RPR (real property report) or a plot plan that outlines your property line, house dimensions and other improvements (decks, sheds…) 
2. A passing rough grade certificate from the city if required in your neighbourhood 
3. Any ideas/ pictures of what you are hoping to have in your yard 
4. A budget 
5. Things or plants you like 
6. Things or plants you don’t like
